Built to make the job search less of a black box

ResumeMatch AI is made by Kevin Brice — one builder, no growth team, no recycled career-blog filler.

Why it exists

Most applications die in an applicant tracking system before a human ever reads them, and almost nobody tells the candidate why. The advice online is generic, contradictory, and rarely specific to the job in front of you. ResumeMatch AI exists to close that gap: paste a job description, see exactly how your resume matches, fix what is actually broken, and walk into the interview prepared — in minutes, not evenings.

How we think about resumes

  • Grounded in your real experience. The AI tailors and rephrases what you have actually done — it does not invent jobs, titles, or numbers.
  • ATS-aware by default. Single-column, parseable layouts and honest keyword matching, because that is the cut most resumes lose at.
  • Specific beats generic. Concrete bullet rewrites and real keyword gaps, not "tailor your resume!" platitudes.

Free tools, no signup

Two tools are free and store nothing: the ATS match scanner shows which keywords your resume is missing for a specific job, and the resume readability checker scores your writing and flags weak phrasing. The answer library covers the questions people actually ask about ghosting, ATS, cover letters, interviews, and search strategy — each one cited and written to be useful first.

The standard

Every answer page cites its sources and is written or edited by a human. If something here is wrong, out of date, or unhelpful, that is a bug — reach out and it gets fixed.
